Till Melchior, born in 1968, lives and works as a photographer in Hamburg.
My father’s Kodak Retina brought me into contact with photography at an early age. I used my first SLR camera at the age of fifteen and I quickly realized that I wanted to become a photographer. After graduating from high school, I trained as a (still life) photographer and then studied media informatics. After working as an assistant for various photographers in Frankfurt/Main, I set up my own studio in 1998. I remained loyal to Stillife photography. This was followed by several awards from the DDC and a Bronze Medal from the New York Festival. Also several group exhibitions.
