Hello! I'm Patrick, Strategic Planner at REICHLUNDPARTNER and Co-Managing Director of our think tank Future Thinking. With my background in market communication and political science, I work on strategic brand management for companies at the intersection of technology, society, the environment and the economy. Together with our team, I create strategies that position brands sustainably and successfully in the long term.

What are you responsible for?

In my position, I am the interface between strategic work and creative output. My core task is to define the WHY and HOW of a brand before we turn our attention to the creative implementation, the WHAT. I create the strategic foundation on which our creative teams build their solutions.

What does a typical working day look like for you?

A typical working day for me is always varied and always starts with a cross-reading of newspapers, blogs and Twitter. My day often involves analyzing market trends and customer needs, briefings and meetings with customers and internal teams. The aim is always to package strategies into convincing business and communication solutions.

What has been your favorite professional highlight so far?

My professional highlights are those special moments when a strategy suddenly comes to life. When we succeed in taking a brand to a new level. These moments of breakthrough, which arise after intensive collaboration, are my absolute highlights.
