As an Accounting Assistant, you will support our Finance Team with all day-to-day accounting tasks. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our processes run smoothly, thereby making an important contribution to the financial success of our corporate group.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Completed business training (HAK, HAS, apprenticeship, or comparable training).
- Initial professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in the BMD NTCS accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- A structured, precise, and independent approach to work.
- A knack for numbers, as well as a strong focus on service and teamwork.
- Discretion, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting our accounting team in their day-to-day operations.
- Ongoing posting of incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Verification and posting of bank and cash register receipts.
- Preparing for payment transactions.
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements.
- Master data maintenance and administrative tasks.
- Collaboration with tax advisory services and internal departments.
