As a NextGen Graphic Designer at REICHLUNDPARTNER, you’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to develop design solutions that inspire people, strengthen brands, and bring communication to life. You’ll design across all channels—from print to digital to social media—and bring ideas to life with a high standard of design excellence. In doing so, you’ll use GenAI not as a substitute for creativity, but as an intelligent tool to visualize concepts faster, design more boldly, and unlock new creative possibilities. You’ll combine excellent graphic design with strategic thinking to develop visual communication that delights clients—and has the potential to attract both national and international attention.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Several years of experience as a graphic designer or communication designer—ideally at a creative agency.
• A compelling portfolio featuring work for national—and perhaps even international—brands.
• An exceptional eye for design, typography, layout, visual language, and brand management.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and, ideally, some experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience in designing cross-channel communication strategies—from print to digital to social media and content.
• I enjoy creative collaboration involving art direction, copywriting, strategy, and consulting.
• High standards of quality, initiative, and enthusiasm for new creative possibilities.
• Excellent command of German and English.
