As a NextGen Art Director at REICHLUNDPARTNER, you’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to develop campaigns that move people, strengthen brands, and spark conversations. You’ll think across channels, design to the highest creative standards, and use GenAI wherever it makes ideas faster, bolder, and more impactful.
You combine excellent design with strategic thinking and create work that inspires clients—and has the potential to attract national and international attention.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Several years of experience as an art director at a renowned creative agency.
• A strong portfolio featuring integrated campaigns for national and international brands.
• An exceptional eye for design, typography, visual language, and brand management.
  Experience in developing cross-channel campaigns—from traditional media to social media, digital, and video.
• A passion for teamwork and creative collaboration on concept development, strategy, and consulting.
• High standards of quality, initiative, and enthusiasm for new creative possibilities.
• Excellent command of German and English.

• Experience with tools such as Weavy.ai, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Ideogram, Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling AI, ElevenLabs, Typecast, Udio, Suno, or comparable platforms for text, images, audio, music, and video.
• Ideally, you should also have experience in motion design, video editing, or AI-powered content production.
