Your tasks

• Technical conception and implementation of websites, platforms & eCommerce systems
• Further development and active co-design of our tech stack
• Development of high-performance front-end and middleware components based on wireframes and third-party systems (best-of-breed).
• Optimization of web applications for maximum performance and compatibility on all common devices and browsers
• Close collaboration between conception, UI/UX design and development
• Implementation of application security requirements, WCAG 2.2, GDPR compliance and Web Vitals
• Further development and maintenance of existing projects

What you bring with you

• Excellent skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and experience with modern frameworks (e.g. Next.js, React, Node.js, Nest.js), databases (SQL, MongoDB) and API development (REST, GraphQL)
• Sound understanding of modern software architectures and development principles (API-first, loose coupling, etc.)
• Awareness of security and compliance in web development (accessibility, GDPR)
• Experience in working with headless CMS (e.g. Storyblok)
• Basic knowledge of hosting infrastructures (on-premise and cloud, e.g. AWS, Lightsail)
• Practice in build and deployment processes (npm, yarn, Docker, CI/CD) and version control with Git
• Enthusiasm for and curiosity about new AI technologies and personal drive to develop further with them
• Independent, reliable way of working combined with initiative and team spirit
